What Causes Redness On The Chest?

I get red areas on my chest, and I start sweating when I am in a nervous situation. I am currently taking Clonazepam .5mg and Citalpram 20mg.

I was wondering how to prevent this embarissing redness from happening to me. It is preventing me to enjoy my life.
