What Causes Redness With Puss Between Thighs?

I have redish area with puss in between my thights. I can'ty even walk as it is very painfull.I have tried a lot of different medications since 3 years but nothing has improved. It appears every third week on my thighs and gradually it spreads within two to three inches.
