What Causes Reduction In Oxygen Levels While Sleeping?
My mother was diagnosed with ILD with SSc (scl 70) in 2010. My question is that her spo2 level varies between 92-95% while at rest and with some mild physical work like walking. But while sleeping her spo2 fluctuate between 88-92%. Is it fine and justified or oxygen therapy is required?
