What Causes Reduction In Penis Size?

Hi sir,i had some urine problem for last 1 year. Dat was UTI or anything else ,i dunno.i consulted de doctor and now it is ok but dat time onward my penis size decreasing continuously and now it is half of before,so i feel sexuily weak .can u suggest me any good Dr. in kanpur plz..
