What Causes Red,white Blotchy Spots In Arms?
The lower part of my arms are red with white blotchy spots. I've had hiptatis toxin induced problems with my liver about 4 yrs. ago, could this be the problem? And I've used tanning beds and use to sunbath could this be the problem? But, no where else except chest is a litle red?
