What Causes Reeling Of Head When Lying Down?

hi, suddenly since today morning i have been experiencing reeling of head while am lying down.... specially while turning left or right and also feeling nausea. i am also on sodium valprote for the past 8 months due to seizure disorders. what could be the reason for my present condition?
