What Causes Regurgitation After Having Food?

I have been regurgitating after eating for about 3 years. I take omeprazal for acid reflux. Have been diagnosed with hiatel hernia and treated for hpylora. Also had my gallbladder removed but nothing has helped. Am having another endoscopy this week. What do you think. Could be my problem?
