What Causes Renal Incontinence Along With Constipation?

I have anal incontinence or rectal I dont know what you call it. But its weird because I can also be constipated and still have the leakage. It seems it only happens when I am active even doing the slightest things. It really bothers me because it limits me in doing some things because of what it might do and the embarrassement. Also I dont even know what physiciain I should see about this. Do you know what causes this and is there anything I can do to stop it I cant afford to pay for this so I guess you cant answer me
