What Causes Repeated Face Flushing With Aches?

i go all day feeling fine then at about 4-5 pm i start to feel flush in my face yet cold in my body and achy...i get an early night then same thing happens on the next day around the same time im 32, 5'4 have no previous health issues this has happened for 3 nights in a row now
