What Causes Repeated Menstrual Cycle?

I had my normal period last week 3 jan til 7 jan 2015. Yesterday i noticed when i wiped i had like a brown discharge (like u hve before or after a period) and then today i am bleeding. I have never had this occur in my life. Whats happening please help.
