What Causes Repeated Menstrual Cycle?

i had my normal period what lasted for 5 days although i was 3 days late but 2 days after i had finised i started to bleed again on and off it has been like this for about 10 days now i also get a shooting pain go through my vagina and i also feel sick a lot,the bleeding is sometimes really bright and thin but sometimes dark.
