What Causes Retrograde Ejaculation During Sexual Intercourse?

I discovered recently that I can t ejaculate during sexual intercourse but can do so through masturbation. Am seriously worried and will like to know the possible cause. I consume alcohol heavily and also masturbate heavily. Could that be the cause and what should I do?
