What Causes Right Abdominal Pain And Sweating At Night?

48 years old male, I am experiencing mild pain in abdomen on right side particularly at night , with sweets since one month back. Also there is lower back pain and my hb which was 13.5 one month back reduced to 9.6 , without any injury or known blood loss. kindly advise me what tests to do.
