What Causes Right Abdominal Pain, Dizziness And Headache?

My son is having abdominal pain on right side. He feels dizzy and week. He is hot and cold. An ice pack feels good on his abdomin. He also has a headache. We went to the Dr. Earlier today. They drew blood and his white blood cell count is fine.
