What Causes Right Side Body Pain While Having Adhesion Around Uterus?

I am 18. I have been having very bad right side pain for about 4 months. I had

explortory surgery about 2 months ago and the doctor found adhesions arund my

uterus, but nothing more. My appendix is fine and my uterus and fillopian tubes

do not have any cysts and I dont have any kidney stones. The pain is getting

much worse and the doctor can't find anything wrong and I don't know what I

should do.
