What Causes Right Sided Abdominal Pain And Bruising On Lower Abdomen?

A couple days ago I noticed a sharp pain in my lower right abdominal area. It feels like a running cramp in a way. Then I woke up this morning with a small bruise around the same area. I didn t injure the area in any way and its not tender to the touch. I m not extremely worried about these symptoms but I was wondering if I should seek professional help
