What Causes Right Sided Abdominal Pain When Bladder Is Full?

hi.im a female and i am almost 18 years old. The past 2 months im struggeling with pain in the right abdominal side,the pain lasts for 1 week. It doesnt hurt when im lieing down but when i walk, sneeze ect. The pain is worse and when my bladder is full its worse. Is it something i must warry about?
