What Causes Right Sided Abdominal Pain While Lying On Right Side?

Hi, i was lying on my right side for maybe the past 45 mins. All of the sudden i felt almost like something was moving in the right side of abdomen. I immediately sat up, then that side felt numb and then it just stopped. but i do still have a little pain there. and almost like something doesnt feel right
