What Causes Right Sided Abdominal Pain With Abnormal Menstrual Discharge?

on January 1-2 I bled, then on the 29th I had the sharpest pain on the right side. I have a history of ovarian cysts. I then got what I believe to be my period january 26th to the 30th. Then Today I had a gush of blood, so bad it soaked a pad within the time it took to put it on and urinate. then just intermediate bleeding. What could this be?
