What Causes Right Sided Lower Back Pain With History Of Ovarian Cysts?

I am having sharp pans on my light rower side next to my hip. I have had an internal ultrasound and a ct with contrast. Both the ultrasound and the ct show a cyst on my left ovary and the ct also showed a small midline hernia. No one can figure out what the pain on my right side is. It is fairly constant and then it increases on and off. My ob suggested maybe endometreosis, but I don t go back to her for the next month. I don t know what to do now except live with the pain.
