What Causes Right-sided Pain In Chest And Discharge From Breast?

Hi, I am a 59 year old lady and for the last one month i suffer from a pain in the right side of my chest and also having a cream colour discharge from the breast.i con sulted with a gynec and she gave me the tab Nucoxia and also suggested a mammography.What will be the reason .Please answer me
