What Causes Right-sided Pain In Face And Swelling In Temple After Fainting?

hi, yesturday I fainted at hospital whilst watching my dad get stickers, I was fine I d never fainted before in my life. The women who was doing the stiches hit a blood vessel and made my dads finger bleed more thats when I fainted... My teeth are fine, straight after I had pain in all the right side of my face , now the day after im left with swelling to my temple and it hurts my face when I eat. Apart from that I feel good
