What Causes Right Sided Radiating Pain From Back To Sternum?

i have pain in the upper liver area that radiates to my right side and back. It affects me just below my sternum. I do not have a gallbladder and i have been eating gluten free and trying the FODMAP diet. The pain feels like i am constantly burning in the liver area.
