What Causes Right Sided Soreness, Dizziness And Headache Post Strenuous Activity?

Yesterday I was out shoveling snow off our car, today my right side hurts and is sore when I move, my head hurts a lot, I m taking some dizzy spells, I feel bloated, and my pee smells stronger and it s light green and a little clouded, it was especially cloudy when I first woke up. Could you help me figure out what it is? I m thinking it could be a urinary track infection or a pulled muscle from the work I did.
