What Causes Ring Shaped Bumps In Clusters?

i have gottten very sensitive after oral sex from like beard scruff. Me and my boyfriend recently did it a lot and I got really sore. But then it started burning really bad when I went pee. I also saw some red bumps that were like razor burn but now there are almost ring shaped bumps in clusters. At first i thought the pain couldve been from a tear during fingering and skin being irritated from the oral sex, but now I'm concerned.
