What Causes Ring Worm Patch At The Anal Opening?

i have a ringworm next to my anal hole, found it yesterday please help. i ve had round ,white just under my vaginal skin lips. i sqeeze them , they are not painfull and nothing comes out since i thought it was a boil.please help with that. its been a few years since i had them. i need yo help.
