What Causes Ringing Ear While Having Temporal Lobe Partial Seizure?

I have been diagnosed with temporal lobe partial seizures , take valium and keppra, I get dizzy when I look up and starting getting ringing in my right ear the last 2 days. the seizure was 11/13, resulted in skull fracture and brain bleed. is the ringing in my ear a symptom and should I see my neurologist now.. my scheduled appointment is in 2 months
