What Causes Ringing In Ear Along With Tightness In Upper Chest?

i have ringing in my one ear,no wax ever comes out of my ears i have tightening on upper chest and its sore on outside of upper chest only like burning a bit plus an irregular hear beat this morning.blood pressure is 127 over 67 heartbeat is 77 ..i have had this for about 6 weeks but heartbeat on irregular as of today i am 60 years of age
