What Causes Ringing In Ear And Numbness On Right Side Of Face?

A few days ago i had a loud ringing in my right ear. All day my hearing came and went in that ear. The next day i couldnt hear anything with the same ear and its still the same but now my right side of my face is going numb and the right side of my neck hurts very bad. Do you have any ideas of what it could be?
