What Causes Ringing In Ear,brain Fog And Fatigue With History Of Meniers Disease?

Hi, I was told 5 years ago that I had Meniers Disease. My symtoms are fullness in my left ear, ringing/roar in my ear that comes and goes, confusion, lightheaded, feels like im talking in a tunnel, brain fog, sometimes its hard for me to finish my sentence because I can t think of the word, I have fatigue as well.I saw an ENT today and they tested my hearing. They told me that my hearing was good on the chart and with Meniers Disease, it should be different. I also don t suffer from vertigo the way a typical Menier s patient describes. The last time I got vertigo was two years ago after a cruise. After a month of suffering, I went to the ER and they gave me Diazapam. I haven t experienced vertigo since then. This is the first time I have gone back to the doctor because I now have insurance again. They will be testing me next week but I am confused now. If it not Menier s what could it be?
