What Causes Ringing In Ears In Case Of Sinus Infection?

I'm 61 years old , I have a sinus infection, I have high blood pressure that I'm taking medicine for but since the sinus nfection my blood pressure is 167 / 93 & my heart rate is up to 74, I also have a ringing in my ears is all of this due to the sinus infection
