What Causes Ringing In Ears, Jaw Pain, Pressure In Head And Face?

I am having pressure - I do not really know how to explain it- on the right side of my head and face, pressure in my right eye and ringing in my ears. My jaw hurts but I think it is different. I have fibromyalgia and arthritis. I used to get this feeling in my head in a smaller area when I got out in the cold and it did not last but this has been constant for a month and a much larger area and I have not had this kind of pressure in eye before. I have sinus trouble off and on have no green or yellow drainage. Do have a mild headache. I have been using a sinus rinse, decongestant, and nasacort. No change yet. My doctor thinks it is sinus. I am not able to my doctor because my husband is being treated with brain cancer and I am not home.
