What Causes Ringing In Ears While On Cerumol Ear Drops?

I recently had a ear infection which has now cleared up, but when I went back to my dr for a flow up she mentioned I had wax deep in my ear and that I use cerumol ear drops. I did so today but not my ear feels full of pressure and is ringing. I ve tried keeping my head tilted in case there was some solution left but that did not help
