What Causes Ringing In Ears With History Of Ruptured Eardrum?

Hello, I ruptured my eardrum 6 days ago and my doctor said there s practically nothing there. She gave me antibiotics and ear drops . What are signs of healing? I blew my nose and my ear popped? I hear ringing and echoes, why? Some days I can hear out of it a little bit others I can t or it even switches up within minutes. Why? How loud of noises shouldn t I be around? And also I have my senior prom next weekend Saturday and I don t know if I should go now? Also it itches sometimes?
