What Causes Ringing In Ears?

when I stand up my ears get muffled and I hear ringing for a little bit then it goes away if I sit back down and get back up the same thing continues. I have sinus and allergy issues. What should I do or take?Right now I am taking Claritin D and a perscription nose spray. Thank you
