Your symptoms strongly indicate a confition called Peripheral vertigo. Vertigo refers to dizziness and blurred vision which occurs with a sudden head movement or change of posture. It occurs with ear ringing and occasional hearing loss in peripheral vertigo. This condition may be caused by ear infectons, diseases of the bone of the ear, and inflammation or tumor of the nerve required for hearing.
I suggest you revisit your primary care doctor for a referral to an Ear/Nose/throat specialist and suggest the above to them for consideration and evaluation.
The detected cause of the vertigo would determine the line of management. I hope I have answered your question
Best wishes.
