What Causes Ringing Sensation In Head?

II have had ringing in my head for about 4 days. What would cause this? It gets loud then backs off. If i am concentrating I don't notice it as much. My ears don't hurt. I don't have any head congestion. Sometimes my head feels fuzzy, but goes away. My eye sight is fine. I walk fine. I talk fine.
