What Causes Ringing Sounds In Ears And Loss Of Appetite?

For the past 2 to 3 days, I ve had extreme fatigue accompanied by slight ringing in my ears, slight aura, and some loss of appetite. Prior to these symptoms, I felt completely normal. I am a 19 year old male on 20MG of Lexapro as a daily dose for anxiety disorder. Would like an opinion as soon as possible, seeing as my appointment with my normal physician is not until the end of the week.
