What Causes Ringworms Along With Intense Itching All Over The Body?

Sir I am suffering from a severe ringworm problem along with intense itching in the whole body. It has also left big round black patches on the whole body. I have been under treatment since November but I didn t get fruitful result. The doctor had prescribed me capsules named ketoconazole, itranext, fucoconazole and a fungal powder absorb. I was great help till I was having them but as I finished the course, the problem started again. Please suggest me something that would help me to completely rid of this infection.
