What Causes Ripples Like Moment In The Chest?

My 34 yr old daughter said to me "mom, look at this. " just under the skin on her area between her neck & her breast (moving from her left to her right) there was movement. It looked like the ripples in a pond after a small stone has dropped in. She had this happen several times & we are wondering what it could be.
