What Causes Rise In Body Temperature Along With Outbreak Of Red Welts?

hi I washed .my face last night with nothing different than usual and I noticed redness in line perfectly with my eyebrows and slightly above them? In a few more minutes I was red on my cheeks burning and stinging then my temples then my neck underneath my jaw. By this morning I woke up with literally welts o my eyebrows and a swollen red large welt on my temple and 2 welts on my neck. I was getting warm a bit today and noticed as my body temperature rose so did the welts. I just washed again and it s flared up badly? Now around my eyes. I have woken up before several times I the lady few months with swollen welt like bubbles under my eyes looks like big red bags and my eyes have been almost swollen shut. have some hydrocortisone cream from a rash on my arm last year so I just put some on but it s still burning. I have just recently been given clonidine for hot flashes started it a few days ago as well as a pink capsule for my stomach which is a new medication called Omepraz olé and approximately one month into taking nightly one 25mg dose of Quetiapine I also take 20mg of Dexydrine Spansule daily for ADHD Do you think any of these would be the cause of this?
