What Causes Rotten Body Odor Near Vagina?

i have a strong rotten body odor near my vagina not in it, but above it, my panties get soak and wet, could u tell me what it is,I have been to several doctors and no one has fixed the problem yet one doctor tol me it came from using douches is that true.can u help me please?
