What Causes Rough Wrinkled Skin After Having Salt And Ice Challenge?

I did the salt and ice challenge with a few friends about 2 weeks ago, but mine won t go away but theirs did. Mine was at first just swelled and red, but after the few weeks it turned brown and wrinkley and started to blister. The blisters went away but left 1 pink spot, none of it hurts anymore but the tough wrinkley skin is still there and I can t feel anything on it unless I put pressure, what can I do? Will this go away?
