What Causes Roughness Of Skin In Labia Minora Causing Pain And Thickness?

I have recently noticed a rough patch of ridging down the right side of my labia minora. It has a white appearance and is mildly painful to touch. It s as if the skin is wrinkled and thikened. I ve also noticed that I don t seem to have much of a labia minora aside from this rough patch, it then seems to merge into my labia majora. I am unsure whether it has always been like this. There is no ridging on the left side, but there also doesn t appear to to be much of a labia minora. Any suggestions on what this is?
