What Causes Round Bruise Like Marks On Legs And Thighs?

I have noticed small round bruise like marks on my legs and thighs in all about 5. I think in the close past have had them else where but not really took much notice,but not sure. They dont hurt and one has some small round blood marks. They are not bruises but look very much like them, they are all around 1cm
