What Causes Round Mark On Breast?

i have developed a small 'birthmark' on my right breast. it is perfectly round and probably the size of a rubber on the end of a pencil. It has developed over the last few weeks when it has been particularly sunny but it has never appeared before in hot weather. is this something to worry about?
