What Causes Rubbery Fixed Nodes On One Side Of The Neck?

hi!i'm a 56 yr.old female... about 2 months ago,i noticed 2 rubbery "fixed"nodes on the l side of my neck...been having periodic night sweats,and fatigue big time...tried anti-biotics 2 months ago,and their still there..about the size of a quarter...my doctor yelled at me to go to a specialist,but i don't have insurance....is this something to be concerned about?? my grandfather,and father died of lymphoma..........i'm past menopause too,and the night sweats recently started
