What Causes Rubbery Skin Texture With Ovarian Cysts?

It's difficult to describe - it was about 7cm long, had the texture and look of skin, although slightly more rubbery, & I have ovarain cyst that im currently going to the doctor for but I think it busted the other day? Could I have peed it out & should I be worried?
