What Causes Rumbling Sound In Abdomen Along With Belching?

i have a rumbling stomach full of wind leading to alot of severe belching.also the need to urinate more often with a continuous discomfort in stomach/ribs/groin.have tried many things but no success.blood and urine samples were all normal.would appreciate some advice thanks
