What Causes Running Nose In Mornings And Blocked Nose At Night?

Am male, 23 yrs age, having asthama since 10-15 years. Taking inhaher for the same. Since last 30 days am having running nose in the morning. at nights sometimes my nose get blocked. I showed to a Doc and he found my esinophilia count to be more. so am on medication for it. But even after 7 days of medication I dont find relief. I stay in Chennai, my home is surrouned by many trees and the road towards my work place has a water on both sides. There is grass n trees. Also lot of birds here. So can you diognise?. I searched for this on the net and found Hay-Fever. Am i having it.
